Position Overview:

B & D Homes Arizona is looking for a talented Tradesman to join our team as a Part-Time Handyman, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks ranging from general maintenance (TV mounts, light fixtures, etc.) to remodeling, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week.

Pay: $15.00- $25.00

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance.

• Perform skilled craftsmanship in the construction, repair, and maintenance of various structures and components.

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.

• Assist with renovations and remodeling projects as needed.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assigned tasks.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Interact with customers in a positive manner focusing on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.

• Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable transportation and own set of tools.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
