INGREDIENTS:
Organic Bread Flour
Local Organic Honey
Filtered Water
Sea Salt
Organic Butter
Active Yeast
Want to make this bread yourself? Here’s the recipe!
Mix together:
2 cups warm filtered water
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp Active Yeast
Cover and let bloom for 10min
To that add:
5 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
Knead for about 5min, or until well incorporated.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 350
Punch dough and separate into two equal halves. Form into loaves and place into lined or greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise 30min.
Bake at 350 for 35min
Let cool 1 hr before cutting
