Bathroom remodeling in Queen Creek and the East Valley

Bathroom remodeling in Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler. Custom tile, modern fixtures, honest timelines.

Most houses out here came with the same kitchen as the rest of the street. Builder-grade cabinets, a standard island, the finish package everyone picked from the same three options.

There is nothing wrong with any of it. It is just not yours.

That is most of what we do in this part of the Valley. Not fixing what is broken, but taking a well-built house and making it specific to the people living in it.

    Frequently asked questions

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A bathroom is smaller than a kitchen but not necessarily simpler, because almost everything in it is tied to plumbing. Scope drives the schedule: keeping the existing layout is faster than moving the shower, toilet or vanity. Tile work is detailed and slow by nature, and rushing it is how you get the grout lines you will stare at for ten years. Custom glass is usually ordered after the tile is set, which adds time at the end. Your estimate carries the timeline for your actual scope.

Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?

Swapping fixtures in place usually does not. Moving plumbing, adding or relocating electrical, changing ventilation, or altering a wall usually does. Converting a tub to a curbless walk-in shower often involves the floor structure, which brings inspection into it. We confirm your specific scope with the correct permitting authority before work starts and pull whatever is required.

Can you remodel our only bathroom?

Yes, and we plan it differently when it is the only one. That means sequencing the work to get a functioning toilet and shower back as early as possible, being realistic with you in advance about the days you will not have either, and not starting demolition until the materials that drive the schedule are actually on site. We would rather push a start date by two weeks than leave you without a bathroom while we wait on a delivery.

What does a bathroom remodel cost in the East Valley?

Size matters less than you would think. What drives cost is whether the plumbing stays where it is, tile selection and how much of it there is, whether you want custom glass, the vanity and fixture level, and whether anything structural changes when converting a tub to a walk-in shower. A primary suite bath and a guest bath are rarely comparable. We give you a realistic range for your specific bathroom in the first conversation rather than a number on a page that means nothing until we have seen the space.
