Kitchen remodeling in Queen Creek and the East Valley
Kitchen remodeling across Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler. Clear pricing, no hidden costs, owner on every job.
Most houses out here came with the same kitchen as the rest of the street. Builder-grade cabinets, a standard island, the finish package everyone picked from the same three options.
There is nothing wrong with any of it. It is just not yours.
That is most of what we do in this part of the Valley. Not fixing what is broken, but taking a well-built house and making it specific to the people living in it.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope. Replacing cabinets, counters and appliances in the existing layout is a different project from moving walls, relocating plumbing and gas, and rerouting electrical. Custom cabinetry also has its own lead time, which is often the longest single item in the schedule and has nothing to do with how fast we work. We build the timeline around your actual scope and your cabinet lead time, give it to you in the estimate, and tell you immediately if anything moves.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?
A purely cosmetic refresh, meaning new cabinet fronts, counters and paint with nothing moving, often does not. Once you relocate plumbing, move or add electrical circuits, touch gas lines, or remove or alter a wall, permits and inspections come into it. Structural walls always do. We confirm what your specific scope requires with the correct permitting authority before work starts, and we pull the permits. If a contractor tells you a wall can come out without anyone looking at it, get a second opinion.
Can I stay in my house during a kitchen remodel?
Most people do, and it is harder than they expect. You lose the kitchen entirely for a stretch, there is dust beyond what you are imagining, and there are days with no water to that part of the house. We set up containment, we tell you in advance which days will be the difficult ones, and we help you plan a temporary kitchen somewhere else in the house. Some clients move out for the roughest two weeks. We will tell you honestly whether your project is one where that is worth it.
What does a kitchen remodel cost in the East Valley?
Our kitchen remodels in the East Valley run from about $20,000 to $125,000, and large custom projects go above that. The low end is a refresh that keeps your existing layout: cabinets, counters, fixtures and appliances, with nothing moving. The high end is a full gut that moves walls, relocates plumbing and electrical, and uses custom cabinetry throughout. Cabinetry is usually the single biggest swing in either direction. We will walk your kitchen and tell you which end yours sits at in the first conversation, before you spend anything, and we will tell you if we think the money is better spent somewhere else.
