Outdoor living in Queen Creek and the East Valley

Yes, we build covered patios, ramadas, outdoor kitchens and shade structures across Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert and Chandler. These are built as permanent structures tied into the house, engineered and permitted, not bolted onto a slab.

The room you are not using yet

Out here the backyard is usable most of the year and unbearable through the worst of the summer. The difference is mostly shade and airflow, and both are design problems before they are building problems. Which direction the structure faces, how high the roof sits, where the air can move: get those right and you gain months of use a year.

Queen Creek and San Tan Valley lots are large enough that this becomes a real extension of the house rather than a patch of cover by the back door.

    What we build

    • Attached covered patios
    • Freestanding ramadas
    • Outdoor kitchens and built-in grills
    • Shade structures and pergolas
    • Outdoor fireplaces and seating areas
    • Lighting, fans and electrical for outdoor spaces

Built like part of the house

Footing depth, attachment to the existing roof structure, matching stucco and paint, drainage, and electrical or gas runs where they are needed. A covered patio is a permitted structure, and your HOA will almost certainly have something to say about height, roof material and color. We handle the permit and the HOA submittal, same as any addition.
